Program Overview
This will be an experiential learning workshop that involves interactive exercises, discussions, videos, and a sound frequency meditation. You will be introduced to the proven steps to conquer your negative self-talk through a unique form of positive affirmation--your Identity statement.
This technique will utilize the power of the spoken word and sound to transform your thoughts, which will in turn transform your life.
The power of meditation and calming the mind will be experiencing through a sound frequency session with meditation bowls. Incredibly relaxing and stress-relieving, these metal bowls have been shown to reduce blood pressure and work better than just meditating in silence.
Please note: this workshop is designed as a small gathering. Space is limited. Reservations will be granted on a first come, first served basis.

About Human Activation
Human Activation has three parts: a coaching practice, non-profit school, and corporate consulting company. We aim to help people transform themselves into who they choose to be.
